Generating lots of networking activity can sometimes amount to little more than “random acts of lunch” if it isn’t undertaken with the right people and with specific goals in mind.
Training objectiveThis session will provide you with a theoretical framework for your networking activities, as well as processes and tools to be more strategic about networking leading to winning new work opportunities. Topics coveredThe principles of strategic networking; building, prioritising and maximising contacts, asking for business. FormatA two-hour session with interactive activities and discussion. Suitable for up to 25 participants, particularly professionals who have already developed a network but need to better leverage it.
