Training objectiveThis session will explain and use some practical, effective tools and processes to map the key elements of your communication strategy, action plan or tactical implementation plan. Topics coveredIdentifying the communication objectives, target audiences, overarching messages, audience-specific messages, and appropriate communication tools and tactics. FormatThis session is generally a 2.5-4 hour workshop but can be customised to suit your needs. It works best with a team of 6-10 participants.
