Aaron brings over 30 years of experience in graphic design and branding. His career spans work with government, corporate, health, community and not-for-profit organisations, with a strong focus on projects that deliver clear, effective and inclusive communication outcomes.

His broad experience enables him to manage all facets of graphic design and production – from traditional mediums such as corporate publications, logos and illustration – to contemporary digital and social media platforms.

His approach includes assessing brand strategy, defining creative direction, and producing campaign collateral – including digital and print. This often involves creating illustrations and iconography, art directing photography and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, including AAA colour contrast and alternative formats such as accessible PDFs and text-only files.

Aaron also leads Fenton’s animation design capability, which has been an increasingly important tool in public communications. He can develop a script into a full storyboard, create all required visual assets, and build animations complete with closed captions and transcripts, ensuring broad accessibility.

Aaron is an AGDA-award-winning designer whose work has been published in design magazines, books and online articles.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design from Swinburne University.
