Kate is an experienced public relations consultant, who has worked with many high-profile Australian organisations across the not-for-profit, corporate and government sectors, at both federal and state levels.

She has developed and led national media relations campaigns for a wide range of health and community initiatives.

Kate has held in-house positions at some of Australia’s most trusted not-for-profit organisations. She led media and communications at The Alannah and Madeline Foundation, and managed corporate and community partnerships at Beyond Blue and Arts Centre Melbourne.

With a strong background in media relations, Kate brings extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic media plans, identifying news and feature opportunities, establishing and overseeing media monitoring systems, liaising with journalists and producers for interviews, and conducting environmental scans to identify and mitigate potential reputational issues and risks.

Kate has worked in both Australia and the UK. Her creative and strategic expertise is reflected in multiple PRIA Victorian Golden Target Awards for Excellence.

Kate holds Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and Journalism from Monash University and a Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing from Chisholm Institute of TAFE.
