Kate Alho

Senior Consultant
Kate has more than 15 years’ experience in strategic communications, working with many high profile Australian organisations in both the not-for-profit and corporate sectors, as well as government.

She has significant experience (both consulting and in-house) in media relations, brand management, internal communications, multi-sector and collaborative partnerships, Ambassador programs and stakeholder engagement. Her creative and strategic ability is demonstrated through a number of PRIA Victorian Golden Target Awards for Excellence.

Kate has worked in both Australia and the UK, where she has delivered communication and media campaigns across an array of industry sectors.

She has managed media, as well as ambassador and partnership relationships, for several major Australian organisations including the Alannah and Madeline Foundation, Kidney Health Australia, Beyond Blue and most recently, she was partnerships manager at Arts Centre Melbourne.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Communication/Public Relations and Journalism at Monash University, as well as a Diploma in Professional Writing and Editing. In 2004, she was awarded the highest achievement in public relations campaigns at Monash University.
