Melanie has a keen interest and extensive experience in health, human services, education and utilities.
She spent six years in-house at a major Melbourne water retailer, leading teams and industry-wide collaborative campaigns to encourage Victorians to reduce their water use. Melanie developed the Water Watchers behaviour change device and schools program, which were recognised by the Mumbrella Awards and Banksia National Sustainability Awards.
Passionate about campaigns that generate real change, Melanie enjoys working with clients to develop creative solutions to complex problems. She excels at long-term planning and strategic thinking but is equally adept at tackling time-sensitive projects.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Communications and Media Studies from Monash University. She has studied abroad at the Estonian Business School and the Sorbonne University in Paris.
